For the Material Tracker (MT) Log in and Set Up:

You will click the link below to log in/register and get on your way. Just so you know what to expect, below are the steps. You will also get a user handbook and of course, most importantly, actual humans will be here to help!!
(One thing to note before you dive in – our platform saves every action as it happens, so no need to “save” all the time!)

  1. Register and log in!
    You can register yourself and invite others in your firm or on your team by sending the link to this page.
  2. Upload the spreadsheet(s) you’ve been using until now*.
    If you don’t have one, no worries! You’ll start from scratch! And remember, more than one list is good – you can manage multiple lists here.* If you use Google Sheets, you’ll have to download them and then upload to our site.
  3. Start!
    One of the advantages of using MT is how easy it is to structure and name different lists as you like – for different teams, clients or building types.
    • If you only have one list, but you want to create more – it’s easy to duplicate and edit!
    • Auto notification to spec writer and back to help stay coordinated
    • Invite other team members as you wish (client, consultants or GC) and then…
    • Permissions allow you to assign read only/edit

    Until our monster Unified Catalog is live, you’ll have to add products the old way (manually) – but only once!
    Sharing and updating is easy. When the catalog is live, it’s 1-click from the catalog to magically make the product appear in your Material Tracker!
